Ausser etwas Krat an den Löchern und eine Neigung zum Rost ein robuster guter Amboss für kleinere feine Arbeiten im Schmiedebereich. Schade das der Amboss keine Aufnahnelöcher zum aufschrauben hat
I bought this thing, it is definitely not cast iron but cast steel. It’s sturdy and hold up very well. The only real complaint I have is the Pritchel hole. Of course when you get an anvil this cheap it needs some dressing. But with a little time and effort, it’s great for the price! 10/10 recommend!
Very nice to forge on this 67.8lb anvil, I smoothed out the horn and rough spots and it is perfect, the face is very hard. For best result install it on a big wood block at the height of your knuckles.
This is exactly what i was looking for, it came in black not blue which is better anyway and thus far is perfect id highly recommend to anyone getting into smithing
Nice anvil for price but you have a lot of sanding on horn to clean up, it was the only down fall. But a little work and it's fine, face of anvil was in great condition
