This thing makes heat, but don't let anyone fool you into thinking it will heat a 2 car garage. Max air temperature I measured was 180 degrees. This will keep your dog house or chicken coop warm but not much else.

The heater its self works great, but the controller is way over engendered 4 buttons do everything and is extremly hard to operate. The instruction manual need to be scraped and redone

Die Heizung hat von Anfang etwas gesponnen. Qualmte aus der glühkerze und verrußte schnelll. Hatte wartungssatz und gleich mitverarbeitet. Jetzt gibt die Elektronik den Fehler kein Diesel. Pumpe aber läuft, Diesel kommt an und flutet die brennkammer.

The original one i bought only lasted 2 months, and w we nt ahead and bought another due to price point and that I already had exhaust and power set up. Ive only ran this one a couple days and now its warm. I guess we'll see next winter. As far as heating my 20x20 insulated garage, it kept it 65 and above even when temps dropped to single digits

The heater has worked great. It puts out alot of heat. The 3 problems I encountered are the gas tank does suck in when used. That i have pictures of and will post. There is also the problem of not enough cord to place the lcd display and temperature control panel anyplace but on the unit. My heater stays outside and i need the lcd display inside my rv. This poses a huge problem for temperature control. Plus the lcd is also the mother bord and controller for everything.

Sent me a non Bluetooth unit. Wanted me to pay for return. Not happening.

Dieselheizung 5-8 Kw VEVOR. Installation laut Vevor relativ leicht wenn man Techniker ist. Inbetriebnahme etwas schwieriger aber überwindbar. Bei den Einstellungen wie Temperatur und Timmer bzw. Uhrzeit sind auch schon mehrere Professoren der Technischen Universität in Wien gescheitert. Also Keine Angst wenn Ihr es nicht schafft. Wenn Ihr um 12:00 Uhr die Heizung mit Strom Versorgt stimmt zumindest die Zeit. Die Heizung heizt aber Achtung das Warmluftrohr das abgeht darf maximal 2 Meter lang sein!!!! Habe die Technische Zuschrift von Vevor erhalten!!!!

This is my third unit. First one was a Plateau Model which worked great for the first 2 years then the Diesel Pump went out. Second unit only worked for 2 weeks and that Pump went out!!!! Cannot purchase a new one because, they're always out of stock. Second unit is not a Plateau Model either. Now let's see how long this unit will last!!!!

When I got this item, the shipping was quick and came with everything I needed. When I did the initial start-up, the oil pump was unplugged, and I had to cut into the case to plug it in since the unit is riveted to the toolbox. The installation in my van went great. Travelled to Utah and Tahoe over the course of 2 weeks and had to use this to stay warm. I'm powering it off a Bluetti AC50 power bank and can get ample run time on this before needing to recharge. I only used this unit maybe 7 or 8 times before it started blowing smoke and not heating well. After troubleshooting i now need to remove the riveted heater unit and clear/replace parts, which is going to be a pain in the ass considering I just installed this 3 weeks ago... good unit but poor quality in performance. After reviewing the QR code videos on google drive ill have to uninstall it, dismantle it, clean/ buy parts, then hope it works as intended afterward. I recommend it for light uses or in an area where you don't need to uninstall it after less than 1 month of use.

While the unit over is pretty nice and does work it is no where near an 8K heater whether you are measuring input or output. An 8K heater should produce (or consume depending how it is rated) approximately 27,000 btu per hour. I was heating with an adjustable propane heater with three level at 15,000 btu, 30,000 btu, and 45,000 btu. Generally I use the 30 or 45 setting to heat the room up and then kick it down to the 15 to maintain temperature. Generally even the 15 setting is too much and I have to cycle it on and off every 30 minutes or so. I though this heater would be perfect as I could run it on high to heat the room then scale it back to maintain temp. However, on high this raised my room temp about 2 degrees per hour. On low (15,000 btu) my propane heater raises it about 4 degrees per hour. So next step was to look at the fuel consumption. They claim .36 liter per hour and diesel has an energy density of 35,000-36,500 btu per liter. This equates to 13,140 btu per hour at best. Considering there is a heat exchanger with external combustion the efficiency of this unit is probably 80-90%. Once again going on the best case this leaves us with it being close to a 11,800 btu heater or a 3.5K heater.
