I purchased this for my sibling for his birthday. He had bought one from another company it started to leak. I told him Vevor is a good company and bought him a distiller from here and now an 8 months it started to leak. So I'm a little embarrassed. The one that I bought lasted longer but it was a different brand from before.

The water distiller lasted hardly for 12 months, then started leaking water from the sealing of the metal tube. Cannot even fill 1/3 of the promoted capacity. Don't hold your breath, it won't last..

This product was so faulty. it leaked water all the time then after some time it started to smell like smoke and it looks like it burnt out. I have ordered a more costly one this time and keeping my fingers crossed that it work.

I had to order this as a replacement for another distiller i ordered which stopped working. Vevor support has been absolutely terrible. They just keep asking for more and more unreasonable things and pretending that they can't open pictures / videos i sent them. Don't expect any possibility of warranty support if the product you buy breaks.

This is garbage and so is Vevor. Avoid all Vevor products.

Never got the product. Horible service. I will do my best never to use this horible non service again.

My review of the distiller that it is extremely slow. At least 45 minutes to produce a cup full of distilled water. I will never again purchase a product from Vevor though. Because the day after I ordered this product I realized I had ordered the wrong item, so I emailed support immediately (and well before it was marked as shipped) to cancel or alter the order, and they never got back to me... not before it was shipped, not after it was shipped, never. Which tells me they don't care much about customer service at all. Oh well, lesson learned, stick with Amazon or Costco if I want customer service.

Only glass can give pure distilled water free from impurities. This water becomes a magnet for metals, toxins, etc.

I got this water distiller, and it worked as advertised for five times. Then, it started leaking from the top. In a few hours, water was all over my kitchen table, and sometimes, it dripped on the electrical circuits. I contacted customer service on February 23, 2025, and sent a video, and they said they would replace the seal. This is within 1 month of buying the product. It's March 11, and the update is that they are still preparing the order for one O-ring seal. In the meantime, I can't use my water distiller because I risk having water all over my kitchen table or getting electrocuted. Even worse, I need to buy 4L jugs of purified water for my humidifier, which I can't live without because of my medical condition.
