I like the drill, I don't think too much about Customer Service. They don't do what they say they are going to do

A really unique piece. This tool has been a want since I worked in the coal industry. We often borrowed a magnetic drill from a local machine shop to facilitate repairs. I have only tested it so far but it seems to be of good quality and robust in design

It's magnet should be stronger it doesn't hold in place while drilling upwards.

Preis / Leistung top

App sucks product great

Virkeligt meget værdi for pengene

Machine shoild have a feature to hold the slide in the raised position, but jamming a piece of thin sheet metal in the rack gear is a reasonably effective work around. The spindle housing gets rather hot after drilling for only several minutes. Is there some way to lubricate the spindle bearings??? Some smoke came out of the motor housing during some earlier use. I was running it at the lowest speed setting at the time while turning a 2" hole saw cutting mild steel, so I figured that it doesnt like that heavy of low speed use and I am avoiding using at the lowest speed setting or loading the motor up any more than absolutely necessary to get a job done. Also limiting the duty cycle as much as is reasonable due to the rapid heat build up in the spindle. This is a go-to machine for me on alot of jobs now and I really need it to hold up to somewhat regular use. Overall, it is a very heavy, powerfull and well built machine. Time will tell how the durability is. Price is unbeatable.
