I bought it a Saturday and I had it Tuesday, and the package travelled across two country borders to reach me at my door. I got exactly what I thought I'd get, and I had been preparing to distill all week, and it finally happened today, Sunday, a bit over a week ago since I ordered my Vevor still. Now I went with a weaker 1500 watt cooktop, so it took me most of the day, 12 hours or so, to go through 20 liters of wash, and the first 2-3 hours alone was just getting it up to temperature. Next time I'll heat some of it on my regular stove to help it get up to temperature faster. As for cooling, I managed to keep it at ~25°C for most of the day using 24x 400ml freezer bricks which I exchanged throughout the day. Each 15 minutes I'd replace 2 blocks so there was always 4 in the water reservoir where the pump was to get the most cooling possible per brick. As for my first distill, I didn't feel like it was a waste and I find it tasting just fine, no need to throw it out. I made sure to run it for a few days with vinegar, and I ran it today with half a liter of water without cooling until steam came out to clear it out before I began, and like I said, no problems besides getting up to temperature. Recommended items to buy on the side would be IR thermometer, alcohol hydrometer and regular hydrometer. And of course measurement cups and teflon tape. PS: The box that the still comes in is great for fermenting ones batch in. I put a space blanket in it with a heating pad next to my fermentation vessel which is helping keep a nice warm temperature for the yeast.

I've ran at least 20 batches by now, and it's worked flawlessly. No leaks, easy set up and tear down, good quality materials, nothing has failed/broken after all these runs.

Works as expected but will upgrade once I get used to making shine.

Eu sunt foarte mulțumit de acest dispozitiv, l-am folosit de câteva ori până acum . alcoolul obținut este limpede ca cristalul. singurul lucru care ar trebui îmbunătățit sunt șaibele de silicon care lasă să piardă câte puțin aburi de pe conducta. PS cum putem cumpăra piese de schimb?
