While I have generally been happy with Vevor products, these two items are of surprisingly low quality and design. First of all, all four items arrived bent. The 1800mm guides were 1/4" (6mm) out f flat, raised in the middle. the 1200 mm ones were likewise bent, but only 3 mm (1/8") out of flat. I was able to to mostly ( but not completely) straighten them by placing them between two sawhorses and applying pressure in the middle, but they are too malleable and have to be attached to a rigid substrate to hold their form. I had to buy some extruded aluminum linear rail at great expense to attach them to in order to make them stiff enough. without this, they will easily deform with just a little pressure. But then I discovered the other design defect. I think it likely that many who buy these intend to use them in sets of four with two attached to the sliders on the other two, in order to make a router sled like I wanted to. The problem is that while the sliders are 48mm wide with a square bolt hole pattern at 35 mm (tapped for 6m-10 bolts), the aluminum support for the linear rods are however only 44mm wide with holes at 30 mm. While it is possible to drill additional holes in the support at 35 mm to match the sliders , drilling hols at 35 mm spacing means that the holes intersect the edge of the support making it nearly impossible to drill them at the correct spacing. this problem could easily have been fixed by making the rod support just 4mm wider. Summary: the rods are not stiff enough, and the aluminum support structure is 4 mm too narrow to attach them easily to the sliders on another set in order to make a router sled. My recommendation: don't buy these if this is your intent or you will be sorry.

I tried so many tricks to get the rail blocks to glide smoothly with no luck. I tried oiling the balls and adjusting with adjustment screws before realizing the shaft is bent and the blocks are simply low quality. I bought the linear rails here instead of eBay because they promised attention to detail with certain defects like mounting holes location and such but it turned out it is the same product on eBay except you don't get any hardware.

I can't review the product, so consider this a review of Vevor. All that happened according to the tracking was that a label was created. Customer service completely failed from there. When I let them know, they responded with it had been delivered according to the tracking. When I told them to check again, they said "sorry it's lost in shipping". They just gave up and gave me my money back and even admitted that they hadn't investigated. When I said I still wanted it, they said to buy it again. Yeah right. Why are you making this my problem?

I actually cannot believe that I was asked to write a review for these, since they never arrived. Instead of these rails I received a photo canopy for small item photography and a large food warmer. Then in response to me contacting them to rectify the situation all i got was offers of partial refunds for the problem, and never once was there any indication or offer to send the correct items. I eventually just cancelled the order, got a full refund, and purchased these rails from a different source. Now, it is evident that there is no human presence at Vevor as I was asked to write a review. These are not business oriented people, this is a warehouse pushing out stuff without any means to correct errors. If the same happened to you, do not settle, demand full refund.
