I've been using this diesel heater for about a month now. Initially, I encountered error codes because the diesel line was bent during delivery, which prevented the engine from receiving fuel. After contacting customer support, they sent me a new fuel tank, but they shipped it via UPS, which charged me €11. Vevor didn't inform me about these costs in advance, so I reached out to them again. After explaining the situation, they promised to refund the €11, which they eventually did. Yes, the beginning was frustrating due to the broken fuel line and the extra €11 charge, but Vevor ultimately resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner. Now, about the Bluetooth app: it’s awful. It technically works, but it’s designed for older Android versions, so if you have a newer phone, you have to jump through hoops to download the app because it’s not available in the app store. There are two different apps, and one of them, recommended by the Vevor guide, doesn’t even work with my heater model. The app is ugly and lacks functionality—you can't even set a timer for the heater. With my specific heater model, I can’t adjust the minimum or maximum fan speed, nor can I control the fuel pump speed. I've seen many videos of older heater models where people use these settings to optimize performance, but I don’t have that option, which is disappointing. Additionally, the thermostat is miscalibrated. I had to adjust it by 9 degrees to match the actual temperature. Initially, I couldn’t use the automatic mode because the heater always displayed a higher temperature than the room. For example, when it was actually 10°C inside, the heater showed 19°C. After adjusting it by 9 degrees, it’s now accurate, but this shows that the factory settings are off. It’s frustrating that I can’t change the fan or fuel pump speed through a developer menu to properly optimize the heater. That said, I’m now satisfied with the heater's performance overall.

Overall great, but not so good menu and poor english in the manual. Great heat anyway, i love it...Look more on Youtube from another guys that install it, good tips on most everything about the heater.

This diesel heater does the job, heats up really well, but it missed the 5 star review with a few things. The control panel has a clock on it, but paces up fast so you can't use it as a clock or even a timer. It's not easy to set up a sleep timer, and the temperature control is not great. SO heats up quickly, efficient but all other conveniency features are not working great unfortunately.

Bought this heater for camping, and I’m pretty happy with it, definitely a game changer, we sleep nice and warm during the whole night. The only thing is that the pump is a little noisy but other than that no complaints at all !Definitely worth it !

Haven’t used it much yet, bought for casual use to heat a garage. Seems to put out a good amount of heat and operates fairly quietly. The operating instructions are confusing in the manual that comes with it.

bien reçu et rapidement bien emballé mais galère avec la commande déporté le S.A.V a du mal a vous répondre (très long) j'ai mis 4 étoiles parce que sa fonctionne quand même et la chaleur est la mais toujours pas arriver a faire fonctionner vraiment la commande déporté la doc n'est pas en french bien sur :) donc mise a part l'allumer et monté le régime de ( h1 a h6 ) pour + ou moins chaud ces tous se que j'arrive a faire ...

Everything is as expected and works great, however the manual is terrible. And the app, it could be a lot better. It works, I can get things done but it's janky.

Das bestellte Produkt habe ich in meinen Camper eingebaut, es heizt gut und macht schnell warm, die Pumpe habe ich nur im 45 Grad Winkel eingelegt und mit PKW Dämmstoff ummantelt, so dass man sie kaum hört, da ich einige Rezessionen gelesen habe dass sie schnell verrußt, benutze ich den neuen dieselkraftstoff HVO 100.... Leider geht die temperaturanzeige nicht wenn ich 18 Grad z.b einstelle wird trotzdem geheizt bis im Auto über 30° sind. So weit würde ich das Produkt aber weiterempfehlen ich habe sie allerdings erst zweimal im Einsatz gehabt

Great heater, fired right up heated up boat on the hard in 5 degree weather, works well, efficient, quiet

Just bought a couple weeks ago for a hunting trip later this month to a rather cold part of the province. As far as the unit itself goes it seems like a great simple-to-use heater. Very light and compact. Assembly was relatively quick and easy. It puts out a lot of heat once it has been running for 5-6 minutes. Love the remote as it will sit outside the tent wall to decrease fumes and noise. (It is a bit noisy) The heat outlet hose could be longer - had to buy extra 3" pipe at Home Depot to duct the heat under the tent wall. The instructions were TERRIBLE - obviously translated directly from Latin or possibly even Sanscrit. Took two of us to figure them out. I'm looking forward to not having to haul a 250 lb wood stove, firewood and chimney on this trip. Perhaps I'll update this review after we're back
