Great for small runs and home use. Each side needs its own breaker

When I need a deep fryer, it’s usually when I am cooking for the family and that is 10 plus people. The oil capacity is large in comparison to the size of the basket and I believe this prevents the temp of the oil from dropping after I put the basket in. After cooking heat gets back up pretty quickly, unlike other fryers I had. I drain the oil each time after use and it is easy with the taps. Cleaning is also easy. I do find the tilt of the element a bit tricky, basket handles feel a bit flimsy and using both sides requires a bigger breaker or separate plugs But other wise good value and I am very happy with it overall

Frite croustillant. Cuisson comme les restaurants. Je recommande Merci vevor.

came in but damaged... had to settle for a discount since i needed it for opening of our new location, but works as expected, cheap enough i will buy another and use as a back up.

Very nice but will trip a 20 amp breaker if you are using both sides on the same circuit. Must have separate circuits to cook with both sides
