I bought a CNC machine the motor did not work, i message for a replacement and it was so hard to get an answer that I decided to just buy it myself. The motor that they recomend it is not the one for the machine, it is 3 times the size of the machine. I message for return and yet nothing got resolved. .

I bought five to start. All worked on day one for an equipment build. I moved the equipment to a plant about 30 miles away on a cold day. After setup, two of the five motors didn’t work. I megged both and they failed at the 1000v range. I bought two more because I’m going in circles to try and get warranty issued. Only one of the two new motors worked. In summary, buy twice the amount you need to get enough working.
