Simple to use, it is setup to be used with the tools in the kit only. Can't incorporate an extention or ratchet from your common tools but I think its a good thing to not damage it. Works perfectly with what it comes.I HATE THAT I CANT KNOW HOW TIGHT THE LUGS NUTS ARE by just the tool use, the cranking does not seem to get tight, gonna get a cheater tube for my breaker bar to "feel" how tight they are. Only used one time so I cannot attest to the longevity or durability.

Used this on multiple semi lug nuts and various other equipment with tight rusted bolts. Pleased with its performance wish I would have bought one earlier.

Work great use it alot with no problem.

Worked on the old Dodge 2 ton duals. Those lug nuts were really stuck on there and this device worked great. The case is good too.

This was given as a gift. He loves it.

I used this tool to crack crank pulley bolt 2007 Honda Odyssey with a couple reduce to 1/2 in 19 mm socket and crank shaft holder like a stopper . Works very good no need 3/4 impact air gun . On Isuzu wheel nut crack open easy

Liked very well. Took the 400 ft lb lug nuts off my MH, THREE TURNS and I could use my ratchet to remove them all the way .all 6 1 1\2 " lugNuts.
