Kann man den Plattenkühler auch zur Bierkühlung nutzen ?
Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um einen kupfergelöteten Plattenwärmetauscher. Das Lot ist Kupfer, ein Schwermetall. Wenn Ihre Lebensmittelsicherheitsanforderungen nicht so streng sind, kann es für Bier verwendet werden. Kupferionen sind relativ stabil. Verwenden Sie es jedoch nicht, wenn Sie hohe Anforderungen an die Lebensmittelsicherheit haben.

Ist der Wärmetauscher auch für Meerwasser geignet?

Hallo, es wird nicht empfohlen, es zu verwenden, da der Salzgehalt im Meerwasser relativ hoch ist und viele Mikroorganismen vorhanden sind, sodass der Plattenersatz leicht korrodiert.
