We are writing to inform you that we are recalling a Laser engraving machine, Model Numbers Z3 (“VEVOR Product”) . VEVOR is recalling this product because it the VEVOR Product are easily bypassed, and because of the lack of a protective shielding, direct access to laser radiation from the reflected laser beam during operation is possible. Looking directly into the laser beam or exposure via scattered radiation could damage a person's sight.

Stop using the VEVOR Product immediately.

To participate in the recall, please follow these steps to receive a refund:

1. Destroy the recalled product:

a. Your full name

b. The email address associated with the PayPal account where you wish to receive your refund

c. A photo showing the destruction of recalled products

d. A copy of your receipt or proof or purchase

3. After verification, you will receive a refund of the amount on the purchase receipt.
