Had to replace the stairs on the rear entrance and we needed to have a handrail. After looking around I found your handrail for 3-4 steps just what I needed. For once I actually read and followed directions. Guess what it worked. The rails went together really slick. I didnt tighten the screws as per the instructions. I made a cardboard template for the lag bolts to mount to the tread. drilled the holes so not to split the wood and used an impact wrench to put in the bolts. The longest part was just sorting the screws and bolts in the package. Everything is done, it feels like a rock, I mean its solid. And did I say its beatiful. Thanks for making such a nice product that is built to last.

This rail for my front porch step is a life-saver. I have very little strength in my legs due to a bad knee and hip. I could not walk down from my porch to the front sidewalk without assistance. With this railing, I am secure and feel safe. This is my new assistant!.
