I decided to go with this kit because the Schluter system is just ridiculously priced. This is a similar system and is effective when installed with the correct techniques. I used Aquadefense as an additional waterproofing. With it being foam, you have to be careful to not squish the foam pan or curb, but same with Schluter. Highly recommend to save the money and use this kit.

Central drain tray
The shower tray, made of high-density foam, is lightweight and only 2 cm thick. It can be easily installed under floor tiles and is exceptionally waterproof. Furthermore, the tray can be cut to size as needed.
Complete drainage
We offer a stainless steel 304 grate, saving you money by eliminating the need to purchase it separately. The flange is made of PVC, offering the advantages of corrosion resistance and watertightness, thus extending its lifespan.
2 cuttable kerbstones
These two edging stones are made of highly stable XPS to effectively prevent water from leaking out of the shower tray and to avoid waterlogging the floor tiles. The edging stones can be easily cut to size with a saw blade.
HDPE membrane
You will receive two rolls of waterproof membrane in different sizes. Apply the membrane to ensure that the wall and floor are vapor-tight. Thoughtfully designed inside and outside corners are included for time-saving installation.
trowel with square teeth
The uneven surface of the mortar is advantageous for laying wall and floor tiles, therefore we provide you with a square-toothed trowel. Use it to coat the mortar; this will prevent the bricks from cracking.
