This pneumatic filling machine is perfect for honey, oil, essences, and more. Note: You will need to provide your own 500W air compressor and a 6mm air hose for connection.
With small containers, you can easily fine-tune the filling volume. Simply turn the screws on the liquid filling machine to adjust the quantity between 5 ml and 50 ml. Then, each press of the pedal ensures a precise fill.
This bottle filling machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, silicone, and PTFE. It can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. The included sealing rings prevent leaks. The large hopper means less refilling and greater efficiency.
The liquid filling machine is equipped with a foot pedal switch. You can change the bottles by hand and simultaneously tap your foot to control the filling process. You can also choose manual control using the pedal.
Prepare a 500W air compressor and a 6mm air hose, connect them, set the fill volume, and press the black button to begin filling. When it's time to clean, unscrew the funnel and nozzle.
