- Robust aluminum housing: This lathe linear scale features an anodized aluminum profile housing that is oxidation-resistant. The reading head is die-cast with hard chrome for increased corrosion resistance – offering an attractive appearance and good stability.
- Double seal and signal cable: This high-precision linear scale is equipped with a 3 m long signal cable. The signal cable is protected by multi-layered shielded steel wire and a soft metal sheath. This makes it exceptionally waterproof and interference-free.
- Stable sliding section: The sliding section of this DRO linear scale features a reliable five-bearing system with excellent repeatability, resulting in more stable measurements. An additional T-slot (not included) allows the rear slot to be used for mounting when the contact surface is too short or as extra support when using a long linear scale.
- Practical and convenient: The lathe's linear scale features slotted end blocks for easy and adaptable installation. Furthermore, multiple mounting holes are easily accessible for securing brackets and additional mounting hardware, thus offering a wide range of applications.

Excellent efficiency
The linear scale uses an intelligent chip with a movement speed of 60 m/min and a resolution of 5 μm for increased performance. Connection: 9-pin connector (pin 26789), 2 to 0 V, 6 to A, 7 to 5 V, 8 to B, 9 to R1.
Robust aluminum alloy
The scale body is made of a vibration-damping and deformation-resistant aluminum profile. The reading head is made of a chrome-plated zinc alloy and is therefore highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
3M signal cable
The standard 3-meter signal cable features a fully enclosed wave channel with high flexibility and bending strength. Additionally, the encoder bar with a double-layered lip seal provides extra protection against contamination.
5 storage system
The sliding element is equipped with a reliable and durable 5-bearing system for smooth operation. This ensures more stable repeated position measurements. An L-shaped plate and a screw set are also included.
Effortless installation
The high-precision linear scale features multiple mounting holes for easy installation. Individual components further simplify assembly and maintenance. It consists of a sturdy metal profile with slotted end blocks for simple, adjustable mounting.
