Beschreibung
This LCD screen separator with durable metal shell is used for separating glass lens,touch screen and LCD display assembly for Apple,for Samsung as well as other smartphones.
As for current popular smartphones are made of display assembly. So the glass lens, touch screen and LCD are connected together, it is difficult to separate cracked or broken screen by hand if you need to replace them. Sometimes you have no choice but to replace the whole LCD screen digitizers. Our LCD screen separator machine is design for helping your solve your problems ,saving your precious time and make your repair job more efficient.It can separate all glass lens, touch screen, LCD and replace old, broken, cracked, damaged, faulty glass lens from the LCD screens digitizers by correct operation.Operation Guidance: place your phone accessory on the machine plate, and fix it by the 4 fixed tools, power the separator machine to produce heat to about suitable degree, using the high temperature to melt the glue between the touch screen and the LCD pannel, then use the strong alloy wire to separate the LCD and the glass till they are completely separated.
NOTE:Recommended Temperature Settings:
iPhone 5, Galaxy S2, S3, S4, Note 1, 2: 60° C to 70° C
iPhone 4: 100° C

- Heating plate is made of integrative alloy-aluminium with good and well-distributed heat conduction, and won't easy out of shape though under high temperature.
- With 4 adjustable fixed tools to hold your replacement parts on the machine firmly With LED display, you can get the clearly information on it.
- Use this machine to separate the broken glass from the LCD display assembly. The unit heat up the screen assembly to loosen the glue, so that you can remove it with a Molybdenum cutting wire.
