We purchased this VEVOR Commercial Tomato Slicer for use in our restaurant, and it has been a fantastic addition to our food preparation equipment. When you're preparing tomatoes regularly for burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items, having a reliable slicer makes a huge difference. This unit makes quick work of slicing tomatoes into consistent, even slices, saving considerable prep time compared to cutting everything by hand. The heavy-duty stainless steel construction feels solid and well-built, and the non-slip feet help keep the slicer stable during use. The different cutting thickness options are a nice bonus, giving you flexibility depending on what you're preparing. One of the biggest advantages is the consistency. It is harder to use for some of the bigger beefsteak tomatoes but once you get them in the holder, it works great!
