Easy maintenance or self-assembly of a safe tipping trailer
Our hydraulic tipping device is designed for tippers and trailers with a length of 3.7 to 4.9 m and is ideally suited as a replacement for the hydraulic tipping device of large scissor tippers. It can carry up to 10 tons, including load and loading platform.
This tipper body is equipped with a double-acting hydraulic pump that enables motor-controlled lifting and lowering. Powered by a high-performance 12V DC motor, it offers quick start-up and rapid oil delivery for flexible height control.
It must also be folded up during maintenance, assembly and service work to prevent unintentional falling, which could lead to serious injuries, and to ensure operational safety.
The durable plastic oil tank is leak-proof and wear-resistant, and the unit is equipped with a powerful motor. High-strength structural steel ensures that the unit does not deform even under heavy loads.
This tipping skip is mounted at the rear of the tipper trailer and allows for the easy handling of various materials such as construction debris, soil, gravel and mulch.
