  • Air compressor 110-160 psi: The compressor operates within a range of 110-160 psi and features a sensitive pressure gauge for real-time pressure monitoring. It automatically inflates below 110 psi and stops above 160 psi to prevent over-inflation. The tank maintains optimal air pressure and is equipped with safety devices to protect the compressor and a drain plug for easy water drainage.
  • High airtightness: The truck air horn set is made of a robust zinc alloy and steel with a rust-resistant coating. The air horn is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant. The air compressor features a leak-free design and a hermetically welded air tank to minimize the risk of leaks.
  • Shock absorption & high-temperature resistance: The 4-trumpet draft horn set includes a thick rubber cushion for noise reduction and improved stability when mounted between the tank and vehicle floor. The PA gas line withstands temperatures up to 120°C, and the motor is equipped with 100°C temperature-controlled overload protection, ensuring safe operation in varying weather and road conditions.

Description
Hear the power, your draft horn set!
This 4-tone air horn set consists of four horns, a solenoid valve, a 10-liter air tank, a compressor, and air hoses. The compressor is self-inflating, so the horn is quickly ready for use. Made of rust-resistant materials. Provides safety in all weather conditions.
The compressor fills when the cylinder pressure drops below 110 psi and shuts off when it exceeds 160 psi to prevent over-pressurization. A pressure gauge monitors the tank, and an improved leak detection system ensures reliable horn activation.
The PA pipe withstands temperatures up to 120 °C, while the thermal motor protection switch automatically trips at 100 °C and resets after cooling. Equipped with fuses and a drain plug for easy removal of accumulated water.
Thick, shock-absorbing rubber buffers can be fitted between the bottom bracket of the air tank and the vehicle to securely fasten the tank and reduce noise caused by vibrations during driving.
The train horn set includes screws, bolts, fuses, and other accessories required for assembly, as well as detailed operating instructions. (Note: Power switch and power cord are not included.)
