The newly improved hot foil stamping machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, making it durable and reliable. Equipped with a paper holder, digital display, and base plate (with scale and positioning slider), the machine is easy to use. It features a 10 x 13 cm heating plate. Display via digital LCD screen. Temperature is adjustable (0 - 350 ℃) for precise temperature monitoring.
Bronzing paper holders
The bronzing paper can be placed directly onto the holder, making the entire hot foil stamping process faster and more convenient.
U-shaped molded hole
The newly designed U-shaped and movable brass mounting hole facilitates installation and replacement. Suitable for various product sizes.
Non-slip grip
The handle on the side is made of stainless steel, is durable and not easy to deform, making the stamping process safer and more convenient.
Base with scale & positioning slider
The vertical and horizontal scales were accurate to 1 mm. The Bakelite positioning slider ensures more convenient positioning and is resistant to high temperatures.
Height adjustment
With adjustment screws. When the screws are loosened, the bronzing platform can be adjusted up and down. The maximum adjustment height is 22 cm. The optimal pressure point is approximately 3 cm.

Die Ausrüstung muss mit einer Kupferform abgestimmt werden. Es gibt ein 5,2MM Loch an der Maschine, das mit 4MM oder 5MM Schrauben befestigt werden kann.

Hallo, ich würde diese Maschine gerne bestellen um Silikon Handyhüllen mit unserem Logo zu bedrucken. Wie ist es möglich, genau die Schriftart unseres Logos verwenden zu können? Müssen wir hier eine Kupferform durch euch erstellen lassen?

Unsere Maschinen müssen alle mit Logo-Formen verwendet werden. Die Formen sind alle maßgeschneidert und gebaut Es wird empfohlen, Kupferform zu verwenden. Verwenden Sie Schrauben, um Löcher auf der Rückseite zu bohren. Die 5,2 mm langen Löcher an der Maschine können installiert werden. 4-mm- oder 5-mm-Schrauben zur Befestigung der Form. Wenn keine Schrauben vorhanden sind, ist hochtemperaturbeständiger Kleber erforderlich.
