Q3: I have a 6-burner gas grill. Are there any recommendations to prevent warping?

A3: The griddle is designed to prevent warping. Reinforcing cross braces are located on the underside. Do not heat the griddle above 500°F (260°C). Tips: Allow the griddle to heat slowly to a moderate temperature before placing food on it. Due to the material properties, slight warping may occur during heating, but this will disappear upon cooling. This does not affect normal use.
