The copper coil, with its high thermal conductivity, ensures excellent cooling performance and a large contact area with the coolant. The water pump circulates the condensate. Cold water is steadily supplied to the lower inlet, and hot water is discharged through the upper outlet for efficient cooling.

The built-in Celsius and Fahrenheit thermometers allow for more controllable and precise distillation. The operator can quickly check the temperature during operation to ensure optimal distillation results. Cooling water circulation is required when the temperature reaches approximately 80 degrees Celsius. A knock box is also included, into which spices or herbs can be added as needed to customize the desired flavor.
