- Secondary distillation system: A thumper cask is added before the condenser, which yields purer and richer flavors. The thumper cask is used for secondary distillation to produce whisky or other spirits of higher purity. Various flavorings can also be added to increase the complexity of the finished product.
- Fast & efficient cooling: The cooling and distillation process uses copper pipes with excellent thermal conductivity to accelerate cooling. This distillation set includes a fermentation vessel, a thumper vessel and a cooling pot, all made of food-grade stainless steel, ensuring safety throughout the entire brewing and distillation process and making the final product healthy and enjoyable.
The outlet valve and thermometer help you stabilize and control the distillation process. After fermentation, this barrel can be used directly for heating. Tip: Alcohol evaporates at around 78°C, while water in fermented products evaporates at 100°C.
Compared to cooling devices with a barrel, this still has a filter barrel that allows for a second distillation of the evaporated alcohol, reducing impurities and improving the taste according to your wishes.
Save cooling time and water resources! High-quality copper coils inside the tubes are smooth and wrinkle-free, ensuring rapid cooling while reducing residue and aftertaste. It can be combined with a water pump for condensate circulation.
