The copper coil, with its high thermal conductivity, ensures excellent cooling performance and a large contact area with the coolant. The water pump circulates the condensate. Cold water is steadily supplied to the lower inlet, and hot water is discharged through the upper outlet for efficient cooling.

The built-in Celsius and Fahrenheit thermometers make distillation more controllable and accurate. The operator can quickly check the temperature during operation to ensure a better distillation result. Cooling water circulation is required when the temperature reaches approximately 80 degrees Celsius.

We use food-grade silicone tubing with greater flexibility for a better seal, and four improved sealing buckles and silicone sealing rings ensure a secure fit. The improved one-way drain valve makes it easier to control and brew water or wine.
