160 mm self-centering chuck
The 160 mm three-jaw chuck is made of high-strength HT300 material, offering high compressive strength and a long service life. It features an inner and outer jaw for clamping larger industrial parts and a self-centering function to eliminate the need for recalibration.
The three-jaw chuck features a self-centering function and a bevel gear drive for precise control of the workpiece's accuracy. A bearing tolerance of ≤ 0.05 mm ensures the chuck's structural stability and high accuracy.
We offer two types of jaws: an inner jaw and an outer jaw, suitable for clamping larger industrial parts. The jaws can be easily opened and closed by turning the T-shaped key.
This chuck consists of a chuck body, a movable chuck, and a jaw drive with a simple structure. When clamping a workpiece, the chuck is able to automatically find and hold the center of the workpiece.
