BS-0 Precision Cutting Head
The dividing head not only looks great, but also allows you to do more with your milling machine: measuring specific angles and dividing a circle into equidistant arcs. It comes with three interchangeable indexing plates and a tailstock to ensure more precise and stable operation. It will be your perfect helper for machining the flutes of a milling cutter, milling the teeth of a gear, milling curved slots, or drilling a circle of holes around the circumference of a part.

The dividing head is characterized by its long service life due to its rigid construction. It features a high-gloss surface that is wear-resistant and has a flat appearance.

The dividing head can be swivelled from 10° below the horizontal to 90° vertically. This is useful if you want to cut the part at a specific angle.

The high precision of the dividing head is achieved with the indirect dividing heads A, B, and C. All divisions from 2 to 50 are possible, but some from 51 to 380 are not. Consult the manual before making any adjustments.
