The adjustable temperature range is from 86°F/30°C to 226.4°F/108°C. The convenient temperature/temperature switch allows you to better monitor the distillation process according to your preference. Furthermore, thanks to its dry-burn protection, it automatically shuts off if the heating temperature exceeds 302°F/150°C.
- Improved Timing Function: In addition to the conventional functions described above, our distilled water purifier offers a timing function. The time range of 0 to 99 hours is ideal for fermentation at a constant temperature and perfectly meets your requirements for producing alcohol, essential oils, and hydrosols. It is also recommended to leave some water at the bottom of the barrel. This effectively reduces limescale.
- Selected Materials & Rapid Heat Dissipation: All parts that come into contact with water are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, including the inner tank, inner cap, and water outlet. The 1.03 gal / 3.9 L glass carafe with silicone buffer is resistant to breakage and will not easily crack or break. It can store distilled water longer than plastic bottles. A built-in 4-blade aluminum fan and the SUS 304 condensation coil are durable enough to ensure rapid heat dissipation and a longer lifespan.
- User-friendly accessories: To enhance your user experience, we kindly include a bottle of cleaning powder and three replaceable carbon packs. The cleaning powder makes cleaning the inner tank effortless. Limescale buildup can be minimized by leaving a small amount of water at the bottom after each distillation. Installing the carbon pack at the water outlet further purifies the distilled water and allows you to adjust its flavor.

Fermentation at constant temperature
The improved time setting function and traditional temperature control are perfectly suited for constant temperature fermentation, allowing you to distill alcohol, hydrosol, and essential oils with this machine.
Dry fire protection
The machine stops heating when the temperature exceeds 115°C. It also shuts off automatically if the internal temperature exceeds 150°C. This dual protection ensures safe daily operation.
Efficient cooling system
The four-bladed fan on the top is made of lightweight aluminum, and the condensation coil in the outlet cap is made of 304 stainless steel. Reliable heat dissipation is ensured.
