Awesome profesional product, it does make very thick waffles I have never seen waffles this thick. It's easy in use and the price/ quality is incredible.
Best purchase I have made. The waffels are crispy from the outside and soft from the inside, make sure to let them cool down on a rack.
And it does warm the plates evenly. This machine can be adjusted up to 300 degrees which is over kill, I don't see anyone putting it on 300 degrees. Best setting for me is 175 degrees for 2 and a half minute, it does also vary with what dough you are using.
