The hydraulic rudder is designed for reliable performance and equipped with modern features such as a locking valve to ensure a secure rudder lock, a filling port to prevent excessive hydraulic pressure, and a durable aluminum alloy shell that resists erosion from seawater.
Two 7924.8 mm long hydraulic steering hoses conform to the SAE 100R7 standard, ensuring high quality and reliability. They have a maximum operating pressure of 20 MPa, making them pressure-resistant and less prone to breakage.
The hydraulic steering cylinder is designed for durability and precision. It features engine mounting bolts and mounting rods for secure and stable installation. The oil drain valve and oil pipe connection ensure consistent oil flow and easy maintenance.
