- Throttle control for boats: Our top-mounted outboard motor remote control kit is compatible with Evinrude Johnson outboard motors. It is constructed from ADC2+ASA aluminum and features a shatterproof ABS handle. The plastic knob ensures a firm and reliable grip. The Evinrude Johnson boat throttle lever is more robust and withstands repeated use.
- Smooth operation: To engage a gear, press the neutral button. For forward gear, push it approximately 35° forward, and for reverse gear, push it approximately 35° backward. The friction adjustment knob on the front allows for individual control of the throttle actuation and thus precise control of speed and thrust.
- Trim and tilt switch: The electric trim and tilt switch, conveniently located on the control lever handle, makes boating even more comfortable. This design allows for easy adjustment of the outboard motor's position, simplifying loading and unloading and preventing the motor from being submerged for extended periods. Press "↑" to tilt the motor upwards and "↓" to tilt it downwards. The outboard remote control features a low-temperature air-fuel ratio adjustment function, allowing you to fine-tune the air-fuel ratio in cold weather to ensure reliable operation even in extreme temperatures.
- Emergency Stop Switch: Our outboard motor throttle controls are equipped with an emergency stop switch. This tab automatically stops the engine if the rider unexpectedly slips, thus preventing accidents. For added safety, the tab can be attached to the rider's waistband or wrist.
- Long control cable: Our remote control box features a 640 mm long wiring harness with a 6-pin connector and a 740 mm long wiring harness with a 3-pin connector to ensure sufficient range for remote control installation. During installation, turn off the ignition, remove the key, disconnect all cables and the power supply, and measure the cable length.

If your Evanruder Johnson boat is experiencing problems with a stuck or unresponsive throttle lever, or even a faulty control unit, you will need our throttle control box for boats, which can withstand multiple push-pull maneuvers.
The large button below the control lever opens the throttle for warm-up before takeoff. Turning the throttle knob on the remote control counterclockwise releases the control lever.
The control lever is equipped with a reliable trim switch, allowing for efficient raising and lowering of the outboard motor's tilt. Our remote control also features an oil-air ratio adjustment for low temperatures.
Avoid accidents if the skipper accidentally falls into the water or leaves the tiller while underway.
Before installing the marine gas regulator, shut off the engine, disconnect the power supply, and measure the cable length. The control unit will emit a warning tone if the cable connection is faulty.
