- Throttle control for boats: Our top-mounted outboard motor remote control kit is compatible with Mercury outboard motors. It is made of ADC2+ASA aluminum and features a shatterproof ABS handle. The plastic knob ensures a firm and reliable grip. The throttle lever for Mercury boats is more robust and can withstand repeated use.
- Easy operation: To engage a gear, press the neutral button. To engage forward gear, push the lever approximately 35° forward; to engage reverse gear, push it approximately 35° backward. With the control lever in the neutral position, press the free throttle button to open the throttle valve for starting and warm-up.
- Trim and tilt switch: The electric trim and tilt switch, located directly on the handle of the steering lever, makes boating even more enjoyable. This design allows for easy adjustment of the outboard motor's position, facilitates loading and unloading, and prevents the motor from being submerged for extended periods.
- Low-temperature operation: The outboard remote control is equipped with a low-temperature air-fuel ratio adjustment function, which allows the air-fuel ratio to be adjusted in cold weather. This ensures reliable operation even in extreme temperatures.
- Long control cable: Our remote control box comes with a 1-foot (320 mm) long wiring harness with a 3-pin connector and a 5.9-foot (1800 mm) long wiring harness with a 2-pin connector. During installation, turn off the ignition, remove the key, disconnect all cables and the power supply, and measure the cable length.
