It is made of aluminum ADC2+ASA and features a crack-resistant ABS shell handle. The plastic knob ensures a firm and reliable grip. The Evinrude Johnson throttle control is more robust and can withstand multiple push-pull maneuvers.
- Smooth operation: Press the neutral release button to engage a gear, push it forward approximately 32° to engage forward, and push it back approximately 32° to engage reverse. The friction control at the front end provides individual control over the throttle actuation, allowing for precise control of speed and thrust. Additionally, the boat's throttle control features a cold-start air-oil ratio adjustment function, ensuring reliable operation in extreme temperatures.
- Trim and Tilt Switch: Enhance your boating experience with the electric trim and tilt switch conveniently located on the control lever handle. This design allows for easy adjustment of the outboard motor's position, facilitating loading and unloading cargo and preventing prolonged submersion of the motor. Press "↑" to tilt the motor upwards and "↓" to tilt it downwards.
- Emergency Stop Switch Tab: Our throttle control box for outboard motors features an emergency stop switch tab. This tab automatically stops the engine if the rider unexpectedly shifts their position, preventing accidents. For added safety, the tab can be securely attached to the rider's waistband or wrist.
- 505.97 cm long control cable: Our remote control box features a 1.3 ft / 400 mm long wiring harness with a 6-pin and a 3-pin connector. It also includes a 2.3 ft / 700 mm long cable with a 3-pin connector for the meter connection, providing ample range for remote power supply setups. These harnesses are constructed from durable thermoplastic material and built to last. During installation, turn off the ignition, remove the key, and disconnect all cables and the power supply.

If your Evinrude Johnson boat is experiencing problems with a sticking or unresponsive throttle, or even a faulty regulator, you will need our throttle control box for boats, which can withstand multiple push-pull maneuvers.
Turning the throttle grip on the remote control counterclockwise loosens the control lever and allows it to be tightened for a smoother driving feel.
The control lever is equipped with a reliable trim switch, the key cannot be easily damaged, and raising and lowering the tilt of the outboard motor can be carried out effectively.
Prevent accidents if the driver accidentally falls into the sea or leaves the tiller while the yacht is moving.
When installing the outboard remote control box, the engine must be switched off and the power supply disconnected. The outboard control box can also be adjusted for different throttle positions on the left side.
