Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Das Gerät soll für Kraftstrom (400V) ausgelegt sein. Man muss es somit an einen Kraftstromstecker anschliessen. Wie soll das gehen, wenn nur ein 3-adriges Kabel an der Maschine ist? Können Sie uns bitte eine detaillierte Anleitung senden.

Die tatsächliche Spannung von 400 V ist 2-phasig 400 V. Die Stromleitung hat drei Drähte, von denen der gelbe und der grüne Draht geerdet sind und die anderen beiden mit dem stromführenden Draht verbunden sind.

Was für ein durchmesser haben die Arme geliefert wird ja mit länge 120mm kann man da auch welche mit einer länge von 500mm rein machen? Was für ein durchmesser der Arme wird benötigt?
Hallo, der Durchmesser des Schweißarms beträgt 20 mm, es kann ein Arm mit einer Länge von 500 mm verwendet werden.

Wie lange ist das Stromkabel und wie viele Phasen hat es ?
Die Gesamtlänge des Netzkabels beträgt 2 Meter, 2 Phasen. Das Netzkabel besteht aus drei Drähten, der gelbe und der grüne Draht sind mit der Erde verbunden und die anderen beiden Drähte sind mit stromführenden Drähten verbunden.

Kann man mit dem gerät auch 3 aufeinander treffende bleche (wie z.b. an dchwellern) verschweißen?
Der Türschwelle ist flach. Wenn die Dicke der drei Stahlplatten nicht über 2 mm + 2 mm hinausgeht, kann man sie schweißen.

Ist es möglich das Gerät mit einer Spannung von 230 Volt zu betreiben? So dass auch dünne Chromstahlbleche 0,15mm gepunktet werden können.
Bei einer älteren Ausführung war das möglich und es konnten problemlos Dünnbleche gepunktet werden oder gibt es andere Möglichkeiten.
400-V-Maschinen können nicht unter 230-V-Bedingungen verwendet werden.
