High brewing capacity
The brewing kettle has a capacity of 35 L (9.2 gal) and offers a total brewing volume of 30 L (8 gal). Up to 8 kg (17.6 lbs) of brewing barley can be mashed per brewing cycle. Suitable for both home and commercial use.
Effective cooling
The 8.8 m long and 48.5 cm high stainless steel condenser coil takes over the cooling work after the wort has been boiled in the inner pot. This ensures rapid cooling.
Complete brewing program
With 7 programmable stages, our brewing system automatically runs through the entire brewing program. Very user-friendly. Of course, you can also precisely control the brewing process individually by manually setting the temperature and time at each stage. Approximately 8.48 kg (18.7 lbs) of brewing barley can be fermented per brew.
