- 80 cm Ice Bath: Our portable cold water bath is suitable for most body types, especially those of average and shorter stature. You can sit upright and move around comfortably. Measuring 31.5 x 29.5 inches (800 x 750 mm) and with a 90-gallon (341 L) capacity, it is recommended for people under 2.1 m tall. Experience the spaciousness and luxury of an ice-water lake or pool anytime.
- Durable & Thermal Multi-Layer Design: The body and cover of the ice bath are waterproof and tear-resistant, constructed from a multi-layered fabric with a PVC inner layer, a double-sided middle layer of pearl cotton on aluminum foil, and a water-repellent, nylon-bonded PVC outer layer. Both the bath body and the pearl cotton dust cover provide excellent thermal insulation.
- Easy Installation & Use: You can install the tub yourself in minutes and enjoy a relaxing ice bath. During use, the inflatable ring with a diameter of 0.02 inches (0.45 mm) provides a comfortable headrest, and the water-filled cushion can be used as a seat. When not in use, the cold plunge pool can be emptied by opening the bottom drain or the side drain pipe without any complicated maintenance.
- Portable Design: Our inflatable hot tub is designed for indoor use, in the garden, while traveling, and camping. It's foldable and comes with a nylon carrying bag for storage, which is more durable than traditional non-woven storage bags. Whether at your gym, in the backyard, or on a quiet beach, you can enjoy an ice bath anytime, anywhere.
- Treat yourself to a healthier lifestyle: Portable ice plunge pools have become a healthy lifestyle trend for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious individuals. Immersing yourself in cold water is particularly beneficial after intense physical activity. This type of bath offers numerous advantages, including reducing muscle soreness and swelling, promoting blood circulation, and activating the body's immune system.

The least expensive option I could find and it has me converted. While water temperature is at the whim of ambient conditions, early morning promises sufficiently chilly water to make it effective (and throwing in a bag of ice helps too 😉). One negative is the tub cover for which I have made an improvement suggestion to Vevor. It's lightweight, so heavy dew or rain causes it to sag into the tub. Not a critical issue. Other than that I don't think one can go wrong with this item.

About this item
Description
Cold water therapy plunge pool: Get colder and feel better!
Equipped with an 800 mm ice bath, the generous space provides the feeling of ice therapy in an ice lake. You can choose the size according to your needs. Suitable for people under 2.1 m tall.
Selected, 3-layer, thickened composite material with excellent tear resistance and thermal insulation, with a 2-in-1 heat and dust protection cover to prevent leaves and dirt from falling into the water, allowing the ice water to be reused economically.
The design includes two drainage openings, allowing you to choose whether to drain the water through the side drain pipe or through the bottom drain, which is aligned with the floor drain.
The foldable, lightweight design and the sturdy carrying bag allow for convenient bathing at home, in the gym or even outdoors while camping.
However, people with heart or other health problems should consult a doctor before trying an inflatable hot tub.
