Ich bin zufrieden mit meinem kauf. Sie ist mir eine grosse Hilfe, zuvor hatte ich 1 Stunde Arbeit jetzt hab ich dass in 10min erledigt. Einzig: nicht alle Eier kommen unverletzt durch obwohl ich wirklich genau nach Beschreibung vorgehe auch benutze ich nur Eier die min. 5 Tage alt sind. Trotzdem, ich würde die Maschine wieder kaufen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Works great. I just pealed 5 dozen quail eggs the les that ten minutes including set up and clean up. I have learned a couple of tricks after my first 3 uses. 1) place eggs in refrigerator overnight before pealing.2) have a spray bottle of warm water to wet the rollers as needed.3) before pealing place the cold eggs in some fairly warm water. The shock of going from very cold to very warm will cause the shell and membrane to expand and separate from the egg white allowing it to peal right off. The five dozen mentioned above, not one egg got damaged at all.

Works fantastic works best if you place it over the sink with a very light stream of water running on the rollers at an angle downwards so eggs peel evenly while cooking them stir them so the yolk is not near the edge otherwise it will peel the white.

The peeler works fine except I was sent the wrong one and had used it already so it can not be returned . I ordered and charged for the one with a fuse and was sent the one without the fuse

I love it ! It's way better than the manual version in my opinion . I haven't found any problems with it yet .

I used to put eggs and water on the stove to boil and would never bother to stir them. While this was lazy and worked for hand peeling with a small margin of broken eggs, it did not work with this peeler. 50% were shredded or showing the yolk. Following their instructions resulted in only 1 broken egg out of 6 dozen. Following the most important part of their instruction - adding eggs to boiling water, stirring for 5 min, simmer for 5 min, cool in cold water - resulted in 5 broken eggs out of 9 dozen. Finally clean up is easy. Just rinse in the sink. Might not be the safest but I rinse the rollers while it is still turned on.
